I would not even give a star but I am made to. Ordered cookies for a birthday gift. Order sent to wrong address, contacted store confirmed address, requested the order be sent to the correct address.Second order AGAIN sent to the same incorrect address and a picture was sent with the 2nd box stacked on the first box that was sent to the WRONG address. Third time, contacted the store AGAIN and informed them that again the cookies were sent to the wrong address asked for my money back and was informed that was not allowed. So, confirmed for a third time they had the correct address and AGAIN they were delivered to the same WRONG address. I contacted the store and was finally given a refund and I was not able to give a gift for her birthday. I would not order again from this place. How is it your driver leaves 3 boxes of cookies at the wrong address when they are sent to deliver a new order because the original box and the second box mind you was stacked on the first box seems like a new driver would be warranted.

My cat passed away yesterday and my sister sent me cookies. The baker, Jonny, was extremely sweet and wrote an additional message and gave us a couple extra cookies. Thank you so much, Jonny. I appreciate it more than you know. Alastor is the third animal I've lost this year (all senior animals) and I'm sorry you've lost your fur babies too πŸ’•

Jessie is absolutely AMAZING! Her personality, customer service and willingness to help in any way she can is greatly appreciated. We love Insomnia Cookies and order delivery religiously. Unfortunately, a Door Dasher was bold enough to steal our order. Jessie didn't hesitate to repack our order and ensured they were warm and ready to go when we picked them up. I would highly recommend this location. Jessie is such a delight!

I placed an order through Uber Eats, which says that the merchant themselves delivers the order, not an Uber Eats driver. I prepaid a healthy tip and stated clearly on the order that the order should be handed to me directly, not left outside; I have injuries that prevent me from being able to get out of my front door. Instead, even though I was literally on the other side of the door waiting for them to knock or ring the bell, the driver somehow snuck the boxes of cookies onto the far side of my porch, in the rain, on the wet concrete, and never even bothered to knock. I don't have any idea how long they were out there. Of course the cookies are drenched and inedible, Uber Eats refuses to give even a partial refund and will not allow me to change the tip, and insomnia cookies - surprise! - does not answer their phone. So I'm now out almost $50 for a handful of rain soaked cookies, and the jerk who left them in the rain got a tip for it. Learn from my mistake. ETA: I was eventually able to reach insomnia cookies, although their phones were so bad it was difficult to communicate (the employee who answered said it's a problem on their end). They offered to send a new order, and said
